Acceptable stay, BUT parking issues
parking issues unhelpful staff
The location was quite good and the team seemed friendly enough throughout my stay.
The parking situation was a NIGHTMARE. I had to download some app and it was a hassle. the person at the reception, or 'the crew' as they call it, was less than helpful. They didn't seem to care that I couldn't get the parking sorted.

Excellent City Center Stay
friendly staff modern bar central location
The staff were very friendly and provided welcome cocktails. The bar area has board games and is very modern. I really appreciated the central location because it was easy to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. The shopping center is only a short walk away.
The air conditioning did not lower below 21.5 C.

amazing stay!
clean room modern design breakfast buffet great location
i found the rooms were really clean and modern, a big plus for me. the hotel included little extras . the breakfast buffet offered plenty of great options, which i appreciated. the location was perfect and super convenient.
the wifi connection was a little weak, and it cut out a few times. that wasn't ideal, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

the customer service at check-in was amazing. the staff was very helpful and friendly! i felt very valued as a guest .

the room size was very good! the bed was definitely comfortable, and it was easy to relax after a busy day. i found the cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom to be excellent.
